I've added another blog to my list. This one is simply delicious. I'm going to try the Lemon Sponge Cake for lunch tomorrow.

Note to self: If the recipe says to SIFT the flour, this is probably an important step and should not be skipped just because you can't find the sifter. The result is a cake that resembles pancakes.

I'll have to go check out the site. Yes, I discovered that sifting is very important many years ago.

Looking forward to checking it out. I think I have finally learned after many years of failures in the kitchen that I must follow the directions on the recipe. They are there for a reason. I am a slow learner.
